Since 2023, Homes of Acadia has grown pretty quickly. What started as a small, hands-on cleaning and handyman business has evolved into a much more focused and intentional general contracting operation. As we enter our fourth year, it felt like the right time to share where things are headed.
Growth and Refinement

Over the last few years, we’ve taken on a wide range of projects and gained valuable insight from each one. That experience has helped us refine our vision. As we enter year four, we’re focusing our energy on the next phase of our growth: expanding into real estate sales and development.
As part of that shift, we have stepped away from services that no longer align with that vision. As of 2026, we will no longer provide cleaning or junk removal services. Our energy is now fully directed toward construction projects that create long-term value for our clients, including renovations, remodels, additions, new construction, and especially investment-driven work.
Recent Work and Proven Results
Last year was a strong one. We completed a number of high-quality projects that showcase the level of work we aim to deliver, many of which can now be seen on our website or on YouTube. These projects reflect not just finished spaces, but careful planning, coordination, and execution, with a strong focus on completing every project with happy clients.
We also completed a full fix-and-flip project, taking a property from acquisition through renovation and resale. That experience reinforced our interest in investment-focused real estate and development. If you are an investor or considering becoming one, this is an area we are actively expanding into.
Building a Stronger Network
Behind the scenes, a major focus has been expanding and strengthening our network of subcontractors. This has allowed us to move faster, schedule more efficiently, and maintain quality even as workloads increase. Strong relationships and good coordination are what keep projects moving.

New Roles and Credentials
There have also been some important personal and professional changes. Nikki is now a licensed real estate agent with Lynam Real Estate, which adds another layer of insight and support on the buying, selling, and development side of the business. She’s closed three properties so far and is focused on growing her network, learning the industry, and gearing up for her next sale.

I am also committed to transitioning away from doing the physical work and into handling the business and management side of the operation full time. This allows for better oversight, clearer communication, and smoother execution across all projects.
In addition, I have recently become a certified home inspector. This provides an added level of due diligence and perspective that benefits our clients, investors, and development projects alike.
Looking Forward
As Homes of Acadia continues to evolve, our focus remains on thoughtful real estate projects, strong partnerships, and long-term value. To our past clients, we are incredibly grateful. Much of where we are today is because of your trust and referrals.
For anyone interested in real estate sales, development, investment opportunities, or future home improvement projects, we would love to connect. Thank you for being part of our journey. We look forward to what’s ahead.
