At Homes of Acadia, my wife Nikki and I have dedicated our lives to building a company centered around professionalism, reliability, customer service, and high-quality craftsmanship.
I have been obsessed with business and entrepreneurship for as long as I can remember, while Nikki has spent her life working in customer service helping people and creating positive experiences. Together, we built Homes of Acadia around the belief that communication, trust, and attention to detail still matter.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, a lifetime passion for business, and decades spent living up and down the East Coast while regularly visiting Acadia National Park and Mount Desert Island since the 1990s, I bring a unique combination of experience and perspective that aligns well with the evolving needs of modern-day MDI.
I’m young enough to understand modern technology and how to use it to create a more seamless, organized, and higher-value experience for clients. At the same time, I’m old enough to understand the importance of hard work, communication, accountability, and doing things the right way. That balance has helped shape both this company and the way we approach every project and client relationship.
In order to build this business I've spent a long time burning the candle at both ends of the operation. As the company continued growing, I realized there would eventually come a point where I could no longer swing a hammer full-time while simultaneously running the business without compromising quality, or the client experience. Because of that, I devoted years toward building and curating a strong network of qualified subcontractors across every trade. Skilled craftsmen who do what they do day in and day out, allowing Homes of Acadia to handle all phases of construction at a high standard.
Since committing fully to the business, management, and customer service side while surrounding the company with top-notch talent, our operation has grown rapidly and continues to thrive.
